Visitor Review:

This is my 5th time back to the hotel and I must say the hotel has declined drastically in the last year. It is clear the owners are doing everything they can to save every $$ possible. The staff cut back are clearly visible as routinely there was only one agent working the front desk which lead to long lines and ringing phone calls. I tried calling the desk to ask for towels and it just rang and rang. I finally went down to the desk and the poor agent was by herself. She actually told me there are new owners and to save money they don’t allow more than one agent at a time. Wow.
Not much difference at breakfast — dirty plates were left on the tables and it did not look like they had enough staff to handle the busy weekend. Also a lot of the breakfast foods we enjoyed in the past are no longer offered.
The suites were ok - just be sure not be put in a corner room/closet as we were. Luckily I was switched out. Suites need updating, but they were comfortable.
I am not so sure I will return as there are many other options in the area. The staff just did not seem as happy as in previous stays and the obvious money savings efforts by the new owners will keep me away.
