Visitor Review:
We usually stay here the night before an early flight out of TUS even though this hotel is NOT close to the airport. It’s about a 15 minute drive but we avoid a much longer drive from home early in the morning by staying here. It’s in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby, some within walking distance like the Olive Garden across the street.
The rooms are two-room suites all situated around a central courtyard where there’s a pool, hot tub, garden area and fountain. All the rooms
have doors that go directly outside. The rooms have a dated feeling. Carpet is worn and don’t having padding underneath so the floor feels very hard to walk on. On our last stay, we had a 3rd floor room overlooking the hot tub. Even though there were people enjoying the hot tub, we didn’t hear them from our room. The bathroom is TINY with the tub/shower and toilet barely fitting inside. Lots of hot water and plumbing worked great. The sink vanity is out in the bedroom area. If you have other people staying with you using the sofa bed, they have to walk into your bedroom to use the bathroom and sink.
Out in the living area, there’s a sofa that pulls out to a bed, a chair, a TV, bar sink, fridge and microwave. There’s also a coffeemaker, coffee and real mugs.
Our room was very clean. Sheets smelled fresh. Towels were a little stiff but were a nice large size.
The thermostat control is just outside the bedroom door. The return vent is also in the living area and is quite loud. We closed our bedroom door so our sleep wasn’t interrupted but again, if you have other people staying out there, it might bother them.
Check-in staff was polite and helpful. Parking was close to our room and the lot seemed well-lighted and safe.
Ask for a room away from the street (Broadway Blvd) which is always noisy. We plan to continue staying here before our early morning flights out of TUS. It’s a nice comfortable hotel.

Visitor Review:
The pictures should show the rooms. The beds were very uncomfortable. The worst part of it was that the bathroom was literally THE SMALLEST bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel! When we arrived, the desk clerk was very unfriendly. The bathroom had someone else’s “hairs” in the tub and around the toilet. The dressing sinks are located in the bedroom!
The only good thing I have to say is that the pool area was decent and clean although some of the chairs were stained pretty grossly. It is convenient to alot of food or shopping but stay at a Marriott or a Hilton. This place was outdated and overpriced considering.
