Visitor Review:

We had two rooms here and used their park and fly package.
First complaint, I requested non-smoking rooms. We checked in, went to our rooms, and yuck! Smokey! I called down and asked if they had any non-smoking rooms available, they said someone had extended their stay and they did not. I wish we would have been informed at the desk of this. Felt dirty all night!
Second, when we checked in they could only find one room reservation. Luckily I had my print out of the reservation. The girl at the desk almost argured with me over my reservation. Very unprofessional.
Third, the next morning when we went down to the lobby to catch the shuttle we were told it left every 30 minutes and we just missed it. The night before we were told just to come down to the lobby and the shuttle ran back and forth to the airport. Round trip it takes 15 minutes.
Will stay at the Marriott next time!
