Visitor Review:

Nice ES. Next to Washington Square shopping center. I think it’s actually closer to Beaverton than Tigard. (Address is Tigard?)
Ample parking except the lines are subcompact apart so some cars take one and half spots. Most of the parking is to the sides and back. Check in quick, efficient and professional. Elevators slow. Elevator floor and Lobby floor in front of the elevator waiting area is wet most of the time due to swimming pool right there on the Lobby Floor, so be careful not to slip. Breakfast sitting area too small for number of guests, so it gets really crowded, however service is good but lines form more than most ES. “Front” service very professional and efficient. Room service had language problems, and had to use hand language, but friendly. Rooms may need some updating, but with comfortable beds. The fridge/microwave area is not very user friendly. It seems to be a converted closet, and the doors open towards the sink and block access to the bedroom from the LR.
Nice and clean bathroom. Sound insulation seems very good, or did not have neighbors the two nights we stayed. No road noise. Access to freeway is excellent… it’s right there. When eastbound, exit Hall BLVD. Westbound, exit Washington Square exit. Above average for location (convenience, access to freeway, safety) Average for needing some updates. Excellent for service. Note that if you are flying, the airport is almost an hour away. (There’s another ES near the airport).
