Visitor Review:

We recently stayed at this hotel while in town for business. This was my second visit to this hotel, the first time was two years ago. I want to start with the good this about this hotel…

The good…
1. The hotel shuttle picked me up at the airport within 15 minutes of calling them. The hotel is only about a 5-10 minute drive from the airport.
2. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I was booked in a room on the 5th floor. (one that was recently updated) It was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big. I would suggest you request a room that on the 4th or 5th floor, they are the ones which have been updated. The other rooms are not very nice.
3. The breakfast was great. As with all Embassy Suites the breakfast was cook to order (omlets, etc..) and free.

The not so good…
1. The hotel lobby is under construction. There are workers everywhere, but they did clean up while they were working.
2. There was only one elevator working while I stayed here. It was a long walk from the working elevator to my sleeping room.
3. One day…I returned to my room to find my door open, but no one was there. I thought maybe they were cleaning my room, but they were not and I did not see a cleaning lady anywhere close to my room. (this was a little scary)

Once this hotel is finished with updates, it should be very nice.
