Visitor Review:

While checking in I was informed that my room was recently “transformed”. I had stayed at this property before and thought the rooms were nice. I was amazed as I walked into my room. It was a good choice of word. What a transformation!The room is equipped with what appeared to be a 32″ Screen LCD TV. Beautiful new furniture, New carpet and fresh painted walls. The bedding was a beautiful white plush look and of course my sleep was heavenly as I was able to set the firmness of my bed. Thanks for the option of feather or foam pillows, already present in the room. Of ourse this beautiful room was only a small piece as the staff seemed to be invigorated by their new product. Talk about a caring staff. I cannot just name one as they all exceeded my expectation. At least the ones I came in contact with. I ate a wonderful meal at Spencer’s for Steaks and Chops located adjacent to the hotel’s lobby. Best steak I have ever had. Great service also. I will be back as my business often takes me to Omaha. I will not even consider another property in Omaha as this property has captured my heart.
