Visitor Review:

I stayed here for two nights for the Tribeca Film Festival, and the hotel is in a fantastic location. Walking distance to Tribeca, Soho, maybe not the Village, but it is right next to the World Financial Center. The interior is very modern as well as the rooms. The walls were quite thin however, and we could hear other people’s conversations in the middle of the night. The breakfast is very nice as well as the other amenities. I would stay here again, but it wouldn’t be my first choice for Lower Manhattan. I think there are a lot of other nice boutique and even chain hotels in the area. As for proximity to the Festival, you are best off staying in Soho or Tribeca, since the location of this hotel is quite far south.
