Visitor Review:

The only problem we had with this hotel was that it was too busy! We stayed for three nights during the week after Christmas and the place was packed! The breakfast they offered was fantastic (the best free breakfast I’ve ever seen!) but you had to get down there early in order to find a seat. They also had a problem with their elevators and had some of them closed down. That meant for LONG waits to go up or down every time. It’s really a lovely hotel — room was clean & comfortable for our family of four (2 teenagers), and the atrium below was beautiful. We spent two days at the Mall of America, which was very easy to get to from here. Hotel gave us $20 gift cards to spend anywhere in the mall (don’t know if that was a special promo, or a normal everyday thing). Hotel is also handy to the electric rail system - we parked free and rode the train into downtown, just for the fun of it. I think we would probaby stay here again if we were in the area.
