Visitor Review:

We stayed at the Embassy Suites for one night. It is a brand new hotel in a very lively area of downtown Fort Worth, close to several live theatres, movies, restaurants. The suite was lovely and very well appointed. However, the toilets seem to be very efficient but very noisy. We could hear our neighbors plumbing quite loudly from next door, upstairs, and downstairs. There are rooms on the interior of the building and I should have requested one as there was a lot of street noise but it was Saturday night. When we went to sleep, the temperature control in the bedroom did not work at all and it was too late to have someone come and look at it. I cranked up the air in the “living room” and it was comfortable enough. Also the flashing light on the fire alarm almost was like a strobe light. I spoke to the front desk about these problems and they were aware of the fire alarms but did not think that anything could be done about them. The breakfast was very nice, with made to order omlettes and many other choices We used Hilton Honors points for the room. If I had paid for it, I would have been quite upset about the problems.
