Visitor Review:

I stayed here on business Jan 13-15 2008 in room 537. The lobby and atrium are very nice, the stream and turtle pond really are relaxing. The only real issue I had was a big one… no sound damping insulation between the bedrooms. I honestly heard every sound, whisper, cough, comment, and tv show from room 538’s bedroom as if I were standing in there. This destroys one’s sense of privacy, and can make it really difficult to sleep. I commented on this at checkout, and the desk clerk said that it had been reported before. When I filled in the hilton online questionaire, I got a reply from the manager the next day to apologize. He said several rooms simply did not get insulated when they built the place. I would happily stay here again if I don’t get one of these rooms. I also ate once in the hotel for dinner . It was somewhat overpriced, and rather flavorless for a spicy sothwestern chicken pasta. Breakfast however was full course with a fantastic selection and included in your room rate
