Visitor Review:

I was in town on business. I was hoping for a quiet relaxing hotel, but this is far from it. I guess being during march break there were lots of families with kids. It’s a perfect hotel for families as the rooms are extremely spacious and there’s a nice pool area.

The room has a separate living area with a desk, wet bar, and pull out sofa. The only issue was the front of the rooms are all glass so you have to make sure you pull your curtains or people can see right into your room.

Bathrooms was very nice and clean. There’s a walk in shower and no tub in case you wanted to take a bath. It might make it difficult to wash small kids in there.

In the bedroom there was another sink for brushing your teeth. There’s also a little step out balcony, but I’m not sure how useful it is. The bed was comfortable.

Internet is $9.95/24h. I never understood why this isn’t an included feature for some hotels. There’s also a business center next to reception, but I never used it. There seemed to be teenagers lined up for it all week.

Every evening they have a manager’s reception with free cocktails and snacks. There’s also a cook to order breakfast included. It was good, but there’s just 1 cook so the line up could get long when everyone is waiting for eggs and hotcakes.

Shuttle service is available. They do airport pickup/dropoff and there is a regular schedule to the Mall of America.

Each suite is beautifully decorated with a private bedroom and spacious living room. All of our suites are fully equipped with two televisions, a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, two telephones with data ports and a well lit dining/work table.
