Visitor Review:

I was there 5 days for a trade show across the way at the Cobb Center. You do need a car.

Located in a suburban office and retail mixed use/sprawling area. If you are planning on walking you do so on great expanses of asphalt parking lots and not on sidewalks. The hotel does offer a shuttle within a fixed radius, did not see many taxis.

Rooms: Property was completing room renovations. I stayed in a renovated room that just came back online and it was very nice. Grade: A

On my first day, I asked three different people if they could send up two feather pillows, the last was the night manger and never got the pillows or acknowledgment they were not available. I gave up asking. Grade: F

Service issues: Housekeeping kept forgetting a different thing every day, empty the ice bucket, the coffee maker, no bath mat. Overall the room was very clean. Grade: C

Food and beverage: breakfast was off - liquid concentrate brown goop for coffee, Tang for Orange juice, broken toasters, hard bagels, items in steam tables were cold inside. This was throughout the five days. Grade: D+
